Terms & service Policies
By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Service Agreement
Services are provided on a recurring or as-needed basis as agreed at scheduling. Recurring services continue automatically unless canceled by either party according to our cancellation policy.
Lawn health and appearance depend on factors beyond our control, including weather, irrigation, soil conditions, pests, and prior maintenance. We do not guarantee specific growth rates, color, or weed elimination unless part of a separate treatment agreement.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

Unsafe working conditions

Non-payment
-
Repeated failure to follow service terms

Harassment or inappropriate conduct

Conditions preventing safe completion of work
Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled visit.
Notice must be submitted by phone, email, or another official communication channel. Verbal notice given to field crew members does not constitute official cancellation.
Payment & Late Fees
Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice receipt.
Balances not paid within this timeframe are subject to a late fee of $15 or five percent (5%) of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. Late fees continue until the balance is paid in full.
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. Service may resume once the account is brought current. A restart fee may apply.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or electronic payment.
Estimates & Pricing Adjustments
Estimates are based on visible property conditions at the time of the quote.
If property size, condition, or scope differs from what was represented, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
Heavily overgrown lawns may require an initial cleanup fee. Additional charges may apply if multiple mowing passes or extra labor are required.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice due to significant increases in fuel, materials, or operational costs.
Mowing Frequency & Turf Health
During periods of rapid growth, lawns will be serviced weekly. During slower growth, mowing will occur only when conditions are appropriate to prevent turf damage.​
We follow the industry standard of removing no more than one-third (1/3) of the grass blade per mowing. If additional passes are required to safely maintain this standard, additional charges may apply.
Weather & Service Delays
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, drought, or extreme temperatures.
We will notify clients as soon as possible and resume service at the earliest safe opportunity.
Property Access & Obstructions
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Gates are unlocked

Pets are secured
-
Lawns are clear of toys, hoses, furniture, vehicles, and debris
Additional labor required to move obstacles may result in additional charges.
If access is not available at the scheduled time, a service fee may apply.
Animal & Pet Safety
All pets must be secured away from service areas during scheduled visits.
Pet waste must be removed prior to service. If waste is not cleared, we reserve the right to:

Charge a $35 equipment cleaning and sanitation fee
Property Disclosure
Clients must disclose underground irrigation systems, invisible fencing, wiring, drainage systems, or other concealed structures.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked, improperly installed, or undisclosed underground systems.
Debris & Hidden Hazards
We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden debris such as rocks, metal objects, toys, or other items not visible prior to service.
If hazardous conditions are discovered, we reserve the right to stop work until the issue is resolved.
Damage & Liability
We take reasonable care while servicing your property. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Incidental damage to undisclosed obstacles

Turf stress due to extreme weather conditions
Service concerns must be reported within 48 hours of completion.
Referral Program
When a current client refers a new customer, both parties will receive a one-time $25 service credit.
Credits are applied after the referred client completes their first scheduled service. This offer may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
